Why this program

Where traditional coaching stops

Most coaching works on goals, habits and mindset. Clients make real progress, and then, months later, the same patterns return. A different kind of coaching is needed to make change last.

  • 01Goals and action plans work on the surface. The patterns that hold people back run deeper, in emotional triggers and beliefs formed early in life.
  • 02When coaching only reaches the mind, clients loop back into the same reactions, relationships and roadblocks.
  • 03Most coach trainings offer a toolbox of techniques. Few offer a clear, step-by-step map of how people actually change.
  • 04And a mentor can only guide others as far as they have gone themselves. The inner work comes first.

The foundation

Not a toolbox. One complete system.

The Art of Mentoring brings together the full Rise 2 Realize Life System: a step-by-step framework, refined over 15 years and more than 8,000 clients, for how people release old emotional patterns, rise through the levels of consciousness, and live a life of purpose. You live it yourself first, and it changes you as deeply as it changes the people you guide. Then you learn to guide others through it.

Pillar one

Emotional Mastery

A precise method to calm emotional triggers, turn reactions into conscious responses, and release the subconscious programming behind them.

Pillar two

Self-Realization

A clear roadmap through the seven levels of consciousness, from the patterns we were conditioned into toward who we truly are.

Pillar three

The Meaning of Life

The integration: aligning each person’s path with their heart-based core values, so their life becomes an act of service.

The Meaning of Life book by Arda Ozdemir

The full system is laid out in Arda’s latest book, The Meaning of Life: The Path toward Enlightenment. It’s your companion text for the year.

The framework

CICILIA: seven competencies of a mentor

On this foundation, you learn the master framework for every live session, conversation and team you guide. Each competency is a way of being, practiced until it becomes second nature.

Curiosity

Letting go of judgment to find the root cause.

I

In the Flow

Trusting the body’s wisdom to sense where the conversation wants to go.

C

Connectedness

Creating a space where people feel safe enough to open up.

I

Intuition

Reading what isn’t said: hidden dynamics and unspoken motives.

L

Listening

Holding a safe space where different ideas can surface.

I

Inspiration

Using core values and metaphors to awaken potential.

A

Assertiveness

Speaking the truth plainly, with full respect and no ego.

Arda Ozdemir

Spiritual guide, executive and life coach, and author of five books, including The Meaning of Life. For 15 years, Arda has mentored more than 8,000 people, from executives and founders to couples and parents.

Before coaching, he spent two decades in corporate finance, finishing as a VP of Finance in Silicon Valley. He created the Rise 2 Realize Life System to give people what he was missing then: a clear, practical path from reacting to life to creating it.

The tuition

$990

A conscious gift, and a commitment

The tuition is intentionally accessible. It isn’t a discount, and it isn’t how we measure the value of this work. It’s our gift to the community and an energy exchange that asks for real commitment.

We’re building a community of mentors who will carry this work forward, through the Rise 2 Realize Life School and the tools we’re creating for people everywhere.

Certification

What it takes to be certified

The certification asks for presence, practice and honesty. These six requirements keep the standard high, for you and for the people you’ll guide.

    Full attendance

Active presence in every live session, with replays to catch up when life happens.

  • 2

    Weekly peer practice

A journal, every two weeks, tracking your own shift from mind-based goals to heart-based values.

  • 5

    Live demonstration

A 30-minute mentoring session, live in front of the cohort, applying the CICILIA framework with full presence.

  • 6

Questions

Frequently asked

Who is this program for?

Existing coaches, licensed therapists, relationship counselors, leadership mentors and HR professionals who want to guide deep, lasting change. And anyone who has found helping others to be their calling, and is ready to begin one of the most rewarding and fulfilling journeys there is.

Do I need coaching experience?

No. The framework is step by step, and you start practicing with peers from the first weeks. Experienced coaches gain a complete system to integrate with what they already know.

How often do we meet live?

On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm Pacific. Join us in person in Los Altos, California, or live on Zoom. In June, July and August, we meet once a month so you can rest and integrate.

What if I miss a live session?

Full attendance is part of certification. But life happens: every session is recorded, and replays are available in the private student portal.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan for about 1.5 to 2 hours a week outside the live sessions, for small-group peer practice and your reflection journal.

What certification will I receive?

You’ll graduate as a Certified Rise 2 Realize Life Coach. This is Rise 2 Realize’s own certification, built on the Rise 2 Realize Life System; it isn’t accredited by an outside coaching body.

What happens after I’m certified?

Graduates can apply to be listed as qualified Rise 2 Realize coaches and receive coaching requests from our community and the tools we’re building.

Why is the tuition $990 for a full year?

We see tuition not as a price tag but as an intentional energy exchange. It keeps the program accessible, and it asks everyone in the cohort for real commitment to the work.

How is the tuition paid?

Tuition is $990, paid in full when you enroll, after your application call. There are no payment plans.

How does the application work?

Three simple steps. Fill in a five-minute application. Then book a short call with Arda to make sure the program is the right fit for you, and you for it. If it’s a yes on both sides, you’ll receive your enrollment link.

Should I read The Meaning of Life first?

It’s recommended but not required. The book is the program’s companion text, and reading it early gives you a head start on the system.
